Meal Prep Plan

With coaching or on its own · pricing on your consult

Nutrition at the highest level of attention we offer. Every week you get a meal plan written for your targets, with the cooking and the shopping already worked out, and a coach who looks at what you actually ate.

  • A weekly meal plan built on your calorie and macro targets
  • Recipes with full macros and key vitamins and minerals, inside your app
  • A grocery list for the week
  • A bulk-prep guide with freezing tips, so one cook covers several days
  • A weekly nutrition review of your food log, the same weekly review Hybrid coaching includes
  • Log in our app, or keep your own food app and share the totals

Add it to Basic or Premium to lift nutrition from general targets to the weekly review. Prepay discounts apply. Ryan is a certified nutrition coach, not a registered dietitian: meal plans and recipes are general nutrition education for healthy adults, not medical nutrition therapy, medical advice or a prescription.

How HFN works
1

Measured

Every set has a target and a logged result. Progress is a number you can see, never a feeling you have to take on trust.

2

Honest

Photos are dated and checked. Rewards need the work behind them. In the free and Master programs, pain gets a pain-free swap and a nudge to see a professional.

3

Supported

A person reads your check-ins thoroughly and in a timely manner, watches your form videos and adjusts the plan. Every number has a reason, and every change has a coach behind it.

About

Ryan Hastings

Strength and nutrition coach based in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, working with clients online across the country and in person locally.

Ryan built Hastings Fitness & Nutrition around one idea: the plan takes care of the numbers so you can take care of the work. Every program he writes lays out the weight for every set, tracks what was actually lifted, and gets reviewed by him, not by a template. Nutrition coaching stays practical: targets you can hit, a log that takes seconds, and adjustments that follow your numbers.

Ryan is not a registered dietitian. Nutrition coaching is general education for healthy adults, not medical nutrition therapy.
